We are Looking for an Engineering Manager - CNC & Polishing for Motherson Electronic Components Pvt Ltd Job Description. * Relevant experience in manufacturing precision machining parts. * Expertise in one or more of the following: CNC Machining, Polishing, Lapping, Grinding, Sandblasting etc. * Understanding of coolant types, polishing material, slurry etc. * Deep knowledge of coolant management system, slurry management system and centrifugal system. *In-depth knowledge of cutters, tools, grinding wheels, polishing pads and surface finishing operations. * Sound knowledge in new product development & prove out. *Experience in tool design and development will be an add-on advantage. *Development of automation processes will be a plus. *Statistical analysis knowledge, including an understanding of how to execute Design of Experiments (DOE) * Sound Knowledge in CNC New product proves out on high speed machine center VMC. Responsible to achieve the build schedule and shipment. * sustenance of KPI Quality ,cutter cost and ct during Ramp.
