Position: Quality Control – Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager Company Name: INDIA SEAH PRECISION METAL PRIVATE LIMITED (MNC) – Akkampeta -Sreecity Township -AP Qualification: BE - ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING OR BE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING Experience Required: 5–8 years in quality function in HVAC or air conditioner manufacturing industry Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality, implementing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement in the manufacturing and assembly of air conditioners. This role involves cross-functional coordination, handling customer complaints, audits, and ensuring adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance & Control Monitor in-line and final product quality at various stages of manufacturing parts. Conduct incoming quality checks for raw materials, bought-out parts Ensure inspection of supplier components as per defined sampling plans/specifications. 2. System Implementation Maintain and update quality systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards. Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits (ISO, customer, and regulatory bodies). Prepare and maintain documentation such as SOPs, inspection reports, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, etc. 3. Customer Complaint Handling Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 4. Supplier Quality Evaluate supplier performance and ensure supplier adherence to quality requirements. 6. Team & Coordination Coordinate with Production, Design, R&D, and Service departments for product and process quality improvements. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. Experience in HVAC or air conditioning manufacturing industry is preferred.
