Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with management experience preferred. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and interview techniques, with strong market analysis capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with different departments.
