The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. *Key Responsibilities* 1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). 2. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality processes and procedures. 4. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand QMS requirements and procedures. 6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements. 7. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the QMS. *Requirements* 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a QMS role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment. 3. Strong knowledge of QMS principles, practices, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. 6.
