Electrical Powertrain system - Understand electrical architecture of HEV/EV 2. Conceptualization, Layout, Design and Development of HEV/EV Lithium Ion Battery pack 3. Know-how and understanding on BEV layouts 4. Know-how on technical details of BMS, Battery & E-Drive components/systems  5. Calibration – having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools. 6. Basic Vehicle system knowledge and E&E aggregates in the vehicle - EV associated systems like DC-DC converter, On board charger. E motor, HV battery 7. Result analysis & Reporting 8. Risk assesment cababilities. 9. Strong cross functional communication and mangement 10. Drive,Motivate and manage the team for effecective and efficient deliverable. 11. Resource planning and budget management. 12. Field concerns analysis, trouble shooting & tracking for closure 13. Based on Field failure analysis & PDCA cycle development 14. Create databanks for future project DFMEA feedback 15. Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution.
