Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance and compliance functions for hydraulic solenoid coils, hydraulic valves, and fluid control systems. The ideal candidate must have extensive expertise in hydraulic and electromechanical components, ensuring adherence to global quality standards, product certification requirements, and lifecycle management.   Key Responsibilities: Quality Management & Compliance: • Lead and manage quality assurance functions to meet customer and industry-specific quality audit requirements. • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards. • Ensure all products meet certification requirements for hydraulic solenoid coils, valves, and fluid control components. • Conduct internal and supplier audits to maintain high manufacturing and process quality standards. • Interface with customers, regulatory bodies, and auditors to address quality concerns and compliance issues.   Technical Expertise & Product Lifecycle Management: • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from design validation to production and post-market support. • Ensure robust design validation and testing protocols for hydraulic solenoid coils, hydraulic valves, and fluid control systems. • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure design feasibility and process stability. • Drive failure analysis (FMEA, root cause analysis) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Process & Certification Requirements: • Define and implement process control plans, PPAP, APQP, and SPC methodologies for hydraulic and electromechanical components. • Develop and manage inspection/testing procedures for hydraulic solenoid coils and valves. • Ensure material compliance with relevant standards (RoHS, REACH, UL, CE, etc.). • Lead initiatives for new product qualification, reliability testing, and supplier quality development.   Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: • Manage and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues. • Drive supplier development programs to enhance the quality of raw materials and components.   Certifications: • Additional certifications in Quality Management (CQE, Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, etc.) are preferred.   Interested candidates can forward your updated resume to [email protected]
