*📰Lawsuit Against Diddy and Jay-Z Dismissed* *FOLLOW THIS CHANNEL✅* https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaCpFg0ICVfdASZ22l39 A lawsuit accusing Sean "Diddy" Combs and Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 has been dismissed in New York. The attorney for the anonymous plaintiff, known as Jane Doe, voluntarily withdrew the case, according to court documents filed on Friday. The plaintiff's lawyer, Tony Buzbee, is representing several individuals in similar lawsuits against Combs. The court filing stated that the case is dismissed "with prejudice," meaning it cannot be refiled. Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, called the dismissal a "victory" in a statement, describing the allegations as "frivolous" and "fictitious." He emphasized that the lawsuit lacked merit and criticized the claims as laughable, but acknowledged the trauma his family has faced. Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, added that the case should never have been brought to court, praising Jay-Z for standing firm against false accusations without paying any settlements. Jane Doe originally filed the lawsuit against Combs in October and later included Jay-Z in December, alleging both men assaulted her after an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. Jay-Z denied the allegations and claimed he faced "blackmail" attempts related to the case. In December, Jane Doe raised doubts about her own credibility, admitting that she might have made mistakes in her account. Last month, Jay-Z requested the court to dismiss the lawsuit due to inconsistencies in her story, which was granted by U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres. While Jay-Z is no longer facing legal action, Combs still faces over three dozen civil suits. In response to the dismissal, Combs’ legal team maintained his innocence, stating that the claims are baseless and will not hold up in court. Combs has been in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since September 2024 on federal charges related to racketeering and sex trafficking. He has been denied bail three times and will remain in custody until his trial on May 5, 2025. -BBC
