Houston had its snowiest day in more than 50 years on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, Houstonians are waking up to another day of extreme winter — but this time the culprit is ice. City and county leaders have urged residents to stay off the roads if at all possible on Wednesday morning. CenterPoint outages are at a minimum with 50 reported as of 5:03 a.m., affecting 4,149 customers. Houston airports are expected to open today.
