We played Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator and it was excruciating. We disliked it so much that we think it's the worst game of 2025.
In a nutshell, it's an extremely underdeveloped take on the life of a paramedic in a fictitious American city, ruined by rote action, terrible AI, and lifeless mini-games.
