Dal Pakwan
Ingredients
For Dough
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 cup refined flour
• 1 tbsp ghee
• 1 tsp ajwain
• Oil for frying
For Dal
• 1/2 cup chana dal
• 1/4 cup yellow moong dal
• 1/4 cup green split moong dal
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Water as required
For Tadka
• 2 tbsp ghee
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp hing
• Few curry leaves
• 1-2 chopped green chillies
• 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
For Assembly
• Pakwan
• Cooked dal
• Tamarind chutney
• Green chutney
• Chopped onion
• Beetroot juliennes
• Raw mango juliennes
• Pomegranate
• Chopped coriander leaves

Method
1. For Dough – Make a semi-soft dough, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. For Cooking Dal – Cook for 2-3 whistles on medium flame and later mash it.
