Shri BVR Subrahmanyam, CEO NITI Aayog, hosted a bilateral meeting with Ed Miliband, Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, United Kingdom. The discussions centered around India's #sustainable growth priorities and achieving global commitment of Net Zero #ghg pathways. The session also focused on opportunities for India-UK collaboration in clean energy technologies. NITI Aayog is partnering with the UNDP and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) for building capacity in #climate adaptation modeling and assessing needs for adaptation finance. This partnership would strengthen climate adaptation planning at national and state levels.
