Strengthening Collaboration, Promoting #sustainable Solutions!! Building on its commitment to the fight against hunger and poverty, India has joined the Board of Champions and Core Group of the Global Alliance Against Hunger and Poverty. Mr. Rajib Kumar Sen, Programme Director for SDGs, NITI Aayog, has been designated as the Vice Chairperson of the Core Group of the Alliance from India during the inaugural meeting of the Global Alliance Against Hunger and Poverty Board of Champions on 11th February 2025 at the IFAD Headquarters, Rome. As Vice-Chairperson of the Core Group, India will contribute through shaping action-oriented policies. India is dedicated to reinforcing international collaboration for sustainable solutions.
