Key Responsibilities of the HRBP Role:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless start.
- Manage attendance, leave, and workforce operations for our retail and intern teams.
- Serve as a trusted partner to address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and implement impactful Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Oversee Full & Final settlements and ensure smooth transitions for exiting employees.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 1-2 years in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills: Expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
