Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT)
Location: Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial roles in sales, operations, supply chain, and finance.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes to ensure timely and efficient placements.
Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment partners to source top talent.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future managerial roles.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create effective talent strategies and workforce planning.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure the achievement of hiring goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on non-IT roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and recruit for diverse functions (sales, operations, supply chain, finance).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining high levels of engagement
