We are IBT: No. 1 BPO Company in Middle East hiring Call Center Agent - English & Arabic. We are looking for a professional, empathetic, and highly communicative Call Center Agent. Preferably with a medical background and exposure. This role involves assisting patients with inquiries, appointments and support in a compassionate and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear, accurate and empathetic assistance to patients. • Schedule appointments, provide information about clinic services and address patient concerns. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Understand and adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards. • Continuously learn and update knowledge about fertility treatments and clinic offerings. Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism. • Quick learner with the ability to grasp and apply medical knowledge. • Patience, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive conversations. • A medical or healthcare-related background is preferred. • Prior experience in a call center is mandatory.
