Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of the innovation strategy - Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate and evaluate new ideas - Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and innovation challenges - Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation - Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities - Develop metrics to measure the success of innovation initiatives - Build and maintain relationships with external partners and academic institutions Qualifications - Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Animal Science, Food Science, Business, Engineering, Design, or related fields - Interdisciplinary knowledge in innovation, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship - At least 3 years of experience in innovation management, product development, or a related role Skills and Competencies - Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, design thinking, and agile practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects - Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset Conditions of Service - Information on salary and other benefits will be made available to shortlisted candidates.
