There’s currently 45 ships visiting Aberdeen during this year’s Tall Ships Races from 19-22 July! ⚓️⛵️ These magnificent vessels, divided into four classes, range from large sailing ships to smaller single-masted boats. Some of the great ships you’ll see this summer include: 🔹Corsaro II – A stunning yacht used for sail training third-year students of the Italian Naval Academy. 🔹Dars Szczecina – Owned by the City of Szczecin in Poland, this ship has been a regular participant in the Tall Ships Races since 1976 and is typically by manned by students from the city. 🔹Rona II (pictured) – Built in 1991, Rona II is renowned as one of the hardest-working and most resilient Oyster yachts in the world.
