Job Description (JD): • Manage quality processes related to Machining, Cold Forging, Casting, and Precision Engineering. • Oversee PPAP documentation and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards. • Conduct internal audits and lead 8D & CAPA analysis for process improvements. • Manage supplier, in-process, and customer quality standards effectively. • Handle customer relations with OEMs like TATA, Mahindra, Ford, Nissan, etc. • Monitor and improve New Product Development (NPD) quality processes. • Ensure proactive problem-solving and adherence to global quality norms.
