Implementation of TPM and kaizen activities in shop floor Encourage employee participation in Kaizens and suggestion schemes Qualifications, Skills & Abilities • Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 5~6 years experience in CNC, VMC Machining • Knowledge in CNC programming concepts • Hands on experience in setting and running CNC, VMC machines • Knowledge on cutting properties on different work material • Exposure to tooling identification • Trouble shooting in machines. 1.
