To get the PR /PO. Date update in systems 2).To collect the quotes and get it finalised from department head. 3).To follow local materials purchasing and PO making 4).To prepare purchase order thru systems 5).To get the order approved from approving authority, 6).To send the approved order to supplier 7).To make follow ups with supplier 8).To ensure proper planning and timely procurement of Raw Materials indigenous / Imported. 9).Negotiation with supplier regarding price and delivery. 10).To get the quotes from supplier and make comparison. 11). To release the orders to supplier and make follow up with them regarding timely delivery. 12).To know the import and export knowledge and related documentation knowledge require. 13).Co- Ordination with inter unit regarding commercial matters. 14).4M Change 15).To Know Quality policy, Department objective. 16).To meet the Customer, internal &Third party audit 17).Audit NC take care 18).To attend the monthly MRM 19).ISO, EMS & IATF Audit Inputs preparation 20).To meet and solve the customer complaint 21).Supplier evaluation with arranging approval form management 22).Vendors dealing 23).Export/Import knowledge and Bill of entry filling knowledge ,daily interact with CHA. 24).Interact with finance team for RM payments. 25).Advance license preparing knowledge 26).To Know logistics handling 27).SAP/ERP system knowledge Client Preferred: • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days. 1.
