_🔹CLINICAL FEATURES_
▪️Breast cancer is usually detected as a lup or thickening in the
breast or mammographic abnormality.
▪️It occurs most often in the upper,outer quadrant of the breast, which is the location of most of the glandular tissue.
▪️Breast cancers vary in their growth rate.If palpable,breast cancer is characteristically hard and may be irregularly shaped,poorly delineated,non-mobile, and non-tender.
▪️A small percentage of breast cancers cause nipple discharge.
▪️The discharge is usually unilateral and may be clear or bloody.
▪️Nipple retraction ay occur.
▪️Peau d’orange may occur due to plugging of the dermal lymphatics.
▪️In large cancers, infiltration,induration, and dimpling (pulling in) of the overlying skin may also occur.
