Clean, sweep, mop and polish floors and ablution facilities daily. 2. Clean windows and mirrors. 3. Gather and empty trash daily. 4. Maintain the external environment of the department in a clean state. 5. Prepare rooms for conferences and functions. 6. Process incoming and outgoing mail so that it is opened, sorted, and distributed in a professional and timely manner. 7. Run errands for needed materials. 8. Carry out any other duties as instructed by the Supervisor. *Qualifications and Experience* 1. A minimum of 5 ‘O’ level passes at grade C or better including English Language. 2. Should have at least two (2) years working experience in a similar position. 3. Must be punctual and hardworking. 4. Must be able to work during weekends and at times after hours when the need arises. 5. Should display a high level of sincerity, integrity, and honesty. 6.
