I feel privileged to discuss the #unionbudget2025 before the esteemed gathering of World Forum of Accountants organised by my own alma mater The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I congratulate CA Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal ji, President ICAI and the entire team for organising WOFA in India and selecting a very pertinent theme- 'Accountability Meets Innovation (AI): For a Sustainable Planet', which is not just a phrase, but a clarion call for global sustainability goals.
