Ingredients: 1/2 cup Cream cheese 1/2 cup Hung curd 2-3 tbsps Honey 1 tsp Vanilla 5-6 Strawberries - chopped 1/3 cup Dark chocolate - melted 2 tsps coconut oil Sea salt to sprinkle Process: - Whisk or blend together room temperature cream cheese and hung curd till smooth - Add the honey and vanilla and combine - Chop the strawberries finely into small dices - Fold the strawberries into the mix and add the mixture to glasses - make sure the top is evenly spread out - Fridge for a few hours until it sets up - Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler and combine with coconut oil - Top the glasses with the melted chocolate and sprinkle sea salt - Let the chocolate set up in the freezer for 5-10 minutes - Serve and enjoy! #strawberry #strawberrydessert #easydesserts #desserts #valentines #valentinesspecial
