Ingredients: - 7-8 cherries- pitted - 1-1.5 Tbsps sugar - 1.5 teaspoons matcha powder - 1/3rd cup hot water for matcha - 1/2 cup milk of choice - Lots of Ice Process: - Pit & chop the cherries until fine - Add the sugar and continue chopping - For the matcha, sift the powder into a bowl, add the hot water and whisk it with a bamboo whisk or regular wisk - Start with the cherries at the bottom - Add lots of ice, add in the milk and top it up with the matcha - Serve chilled and enjoy #matcha #matchalovers #cherrymatcha #cherry #matcharecipe

Ingredients: For Coconut Panna Cotta • 1 cup coconut milk • 3/4 cup fresh cream • 4 tablespoons sugar • 1 vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped • 1 teaspoon agar agar powder • 1 teaspoon kewra water For Litchi Compote • 1 cup litchis, peeled • 2 tablespoons sugar • 1 tablespoon water • 1 teaspoon lime juice • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (slurry) Method: 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, fresh cream, and sugar. 2. Add the split vanilla pod and scraped seeds to the pan. 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer. 4. Add agar agar powder and stir well, letting it boil for 2–3 minutes until fully dissolved. 5. Remove from heat and stir in kewra water. 6. Strain the mixture and pour into moulds or serving glasses. 7. Refrigerate for 4–5 hours until set. 8. In a small pan, boil sugar and water together. 9. Add the peeled litchis and lime juice, and simmer for 3–4 minutes. 10. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the compote thickens slightly. 11. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. 12. Unmould or serve the chilled panna cotta directly in the glass. 13. Spoon litchi compote on top before serving #coconut #pannacotta #coconutpannacotta #desserts #easydessertsrecipes

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Rajma - soaked overnight 1 medium onion - small diced 2 tomatoes - small diced 1-2 spicy green chillies - finely chopped 2 tbsps coriander - finely chopped 2 tbsps lime juice Chilli Lime Seasoning 1/2 tsp Tabasco Salt to taste 6-7 small rotis (whole wheat or all purpose flour) 1 cup mozzarella cheese - grated Chipotle Mayo Process: - Soak the rajma overnight, pressure cook with 1.5 cups of water and salt for 8-9 whistles until the rajma is super soft - For the salsa combine onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander, salt, chilli lime seasoning and lime juice - Mash the rajma with salt and lime juice, add 1-2 tbsps of the rajma cooking liquid and mash till soft with a masher - Heat the rotis in a pan with some oil - Spread the mashed rajma on one side, add the shredded cheese and fold the roti - Cook on both sides until it is nice and golden brown - Before serving, open the taco, add the salsa and chipotle mayo - Serve hot and enjoy! #tacos #mexicanrecipes #easyrecipes #taco #crispytaco #dinnerideas

Ingredients: 1/2 cup of thick greek yogurt 1 tbsp honey 1/4th tsp vanilla extract 1 ripe sweet mango - finely chopped For topping: roasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and pomegranate Process: - Whip the yogurt until it is nice and smooth, add the honey and vanilla and whisk till smooth - Chop the mango super fine - Chop roasted nuts of your choice, I'm using almonds - Start with the mango at the bottom, top it up with the yogurt, finish with the mango, add the nuts and seeds as a topping and enjoy chilled #mango #mangoyogurt #mangoyogurtparfait #yogurt #mangodesserts

Coconut Panna Cotta with Litchi Compote 🥥 This light, tropical dessert is my current favourite way to end any meals. Coconut milk + fresh cream panna cotta, delicately infused with vanilla and kewra - topped with a tangy-sweet litchi compote for the perfect contrast!

Ingredients: For the Crispy Tofu • 1 block tofu, pressed • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp cornflour For the Teriyaki Sauce • 3 tbsps soy sauce • 2 tbsp honey • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped • ¼ inch piece ginger, grated • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 stock cube • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tsp cornstarch • 4 tbsps water (for slurry) For Serving and Garnish • Cooked rice • Steamed broccoli • Sesame seeds • Green onions, finely chopped Method 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes. 2. Toss the tofu cubes with soy sauce and cornflour until evenly coated. 3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, chilli flakes, stock cube, and sesame oil. 5. Add this sauce mixture to a pan and bring it to a low simmer over medium heat. 6. In a separate small bowl, make a slurry by mixing cornstarch with water. 7. Add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce and stir continuously until it thickens. 8. Add the crispy tofu to the thickened sauce and toss gently to coat. 9. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. 10. Serve hot over a bowl of rice with a side of steamed broccoli. #tofu #tofuteriyakibowl #healthyrecipes #healthymeals #easyrecipe #tofurecipes
