04.02.25 Shri Vishal Sah, IAS, DC Changlang and team comprises of HoDs/HoOs from Changlang HQ visited Khimyang 36 Kms from Changlang (HQ). Earlier DC and team accorded warm welcome by Officers, Officials and PRI Members, GBs, SHGs, CBOs and Khimyang Public. In his maiden visit. DC inspected HWC-CPHC Khimyang and had interacted MO IC & Team. Then the the proceeded to General Ground and had conducted Tree Plantation Drive to commemorate 10 years of beti bachao beti padhao. Again There was huge gathering at Circuit House Khimyang wherein DC in presence of Smty Rosalind Pertin EAC Khimyang and Shri Kapjong Techi ZPM Khimyang review various developmental scheme/Achievement/Scheme in pipeline were minutely discussed by all deptt which was brought forwarder moderated by DC Changlang. Earlier EAC Changlang welcome the house present. DC stressed on all developmental scheme of all concern deptt. like Lakh Pati Scheme by SHGs/CBOs, likely Water Scarcity at Khimyang in future, Road connectivity status, JJM-Regarding and efforts to augment Rain water storage, School students pass %age-regarding, Mid-Day meal,100 Days TB Elimination Campaign, ANC coverage, 1st Trimester ANC Coverage, Full Immunisation Coverage, Substance Abuse, Heinous crime etc etc. ZPM reciprocated DC & visiting team and to conduct such meeting frequently in days to come as public will be benefitted and will know more informations through such meeting. At the end of the meeting, tasty local food was served by Khimyang team after Vote of thanks by SVO Dr Mactha. While on way back to Changlang DC physically visited the ongoing black topping area of yanman road and discussed with Exen PWD on the road in presence of visiting team and ZPM.
