Sourdough Slices - 2 nos Chocolate Peanut Butter - 2 Tbsps Banana - 1/2 no Chocolate Shavings - Garnish Roasted Peanuts - Garnish Beets - 1/4th No (boiled) Hung Curd - 1/2 Cup Sugar - A Pinch Salt - to Taste Lime Juice - 2 Tsps Walnuts - 1 Tbsp Curry Leaves - 4-5 Nos Green Chillies - 1 No Olive Oil - 1/2 Tbsp Process : * For the Savoury Toast - to a mixer, add in 1/4th boiled beetroot, 1/2 Cup hung curd, salt, lime juice, pinch of sugar & a splash of water & blend until smooth & lump-free * For the tempering - in a frypan, heat up some oil, add in the chopped walnuts, allow them to roast & add in the curry leaves & chopped green chillies with a pinch of salt - keep aside for later * Meanwhile, toast the sourdough slices with some butter on both sides until its nice & crispy * To Assemble the toasts : add in a generous spread of chocolate peanut butter on one of the slices, top it up with sliced bananas, toasted peanuts & chocolate shavings * For another toast, add in a generous layer of the beet yogurt spread & top it up with the tempering * Serve, Garnish & Enjoy #sourdough #sandwich #breadlovers #easyrecipes #bread
