*UPDATE ON BASE PAY NEGOTIATIONS*
2025 Base Pay and Daily Minimum Wage negotiations concluded, agreed and signed between the Government of Ghana, Employers and ORGANISED Labour.
1. Base Pay to be increased by 10% across board from January to December, 2025.
2. Daily minimum wage is also increased by 10% translating into 19.97ghc.
