Protest Rally in Turbat Kech Against Enforced Disappearances and Extrajudicial Killings In line with the series of protests announced by Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) against surge in target killings of the Baloch youth, protest rally was organized in Turbat, Kech at Shaeed Fida Chowk. Numbers of men, women, and children marched through Turbat, carrying photos of their disappeared loved ones and chanting slogans against enforced disappearances and demand an end to Baloch Genocide. At Shaheed Fida Chowk, families of missing persons—including the sister of fifteen years old Deen Jan, who was enforcedly disappeared from Aapsar Turbat on 8february 2025 from a shop where he works. and Nasram Peer Bakhsh sister spoke about his brother twice disappearance from Buleda. Advocate Mehrab Gichki also addressed the protestors he denounced the alleged exploitation of Balochistan’s resources and occupation of the Baloch coast. Addressing the rallies, victim families shared their pain and demanded the safe release of their forcibly disappeared loved ones. BYC activists shed light on the recent surge in State violence in the form of target killings and enforced disappearances.
