New Recipe - Quinoa Cheela
Ingredients:
Quinoa 1 cup
Water for soaking
Salt 1 tsp
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Onion 1/2
Grated carrot (or any vegetable of your choice) 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4th cup
Green chilli 1 or 2
Ghee/oil for cooking
Steps:
- Soak quinoa for 4-5 hours. Strain it
- Blend soaked quinoa with fresh water, dry masale & salt
- To this batter, add chopped onion, grated carrot, coriander leaves and finely chopped green chilli
- Cook on a flat tawa on low to medium heat with oil/ghee
- Serve warm with green chutney
