Dear sir, Branches will face issue in doing EOD if all the DD/POs are not printed successfully. For successful printing, always press COMMIT after printing a DD/PO. Whenever any Branch issue DD/PO then check below procedure . Goto HDDIC menu Enter From Issue Date and To Issue Date, click on Go Check whether all the DD printed on the day are having the DD Number. If any of the DD is not having the DD number, then Go to HDDPRNT menu Enter Tran./Part Tran. ID but keep the DD No. as blank Click on GO Print the DD on a blank paper.
