Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that additional services are implemented in Passbook Printing Kiosk(PBK). PBK currently prints passbooks using barcode. In addition to this service, customers can avail 3 more services (Mini-statement, Balance Inquiry and passbook printing without barcode) using PBK. Additional services are performed based on OTP authentication which will be sent to registered mobile number.
