*Statement of accounts for CIBEX Period/ Fetching NEW TDR numbers for respective OLD TDRs* Statement of account can be generated in FINACLE from the date of migration of Branch from CIBEX to CBS Only. *Only the Balances available in the accounts as on the date of migration were migrated to CBS*. And hence Details of accounts prior to CIBEX period cannot be fetched through system and Branch has has to look for manual record. Before checking for the statement of accounts for the CIBEX Period branch need to ascertain the date of migration of respective Branch to CIBEX. *Statement of CIBEX period can be generated through* MISRPT-->CIBEX-->HISTDATA, Branch Code (not SOLID) is to given for Branch Code field. Sub System Code shall be:- SB/CC/CD/OD/LN CIBEX A/c Number shall be the last digits (not the 15 digit a/c no) STATEMENT OF CIBEX PERIOD CAN BE GENERATED ONLY IF CIBEX DATA HAD BEEN PROVIDED TO DC BY RESPECTIVE ZO as per proper Backup provided to them by the Branches. For Statement If NOT generated, can be obtained from respective Zonal office ONLY IF any Data of CIBEX PERIOD is retained by them. *During migration, Ledgers were also printed and soft copies too were preserved at all Branches which can finally be looked for* . *LOOKING FOR NEW ACCOUNT NUMBERS OF OLD TDRs OF PERIOD PRIOR TO CBS:* *Step 1:-* Generate CALLRPT in Finacle with option (4) for TDRs and SOLID. No other Inputs are required. *Step 2.*:- Search for name which shall fetch the old as well as new number. CALLRPT shall not fetch details of TDRs that have been closed. *Step 3.*:- Use menu "HRELACI" to look for previous details of TDR number . ie. Details of the TDR renewed earlier. Date / amount/ period should be matched with the old TDR to ascertain the New TDR Number. *Step 4.*:- For Closed TDRs, please look for Name search through "HACMTD" for "closed Accounts" ONLY. If a number of record exists for a particular name, each account is to be checked through "HRELACI" for the previous details. *Step 5.*:- If not found through Name search, the TDR must have been closed before being migrated and Hence, only option left shall be to look for            manual records. 👆 This may help
