We're #hiring: Engineer – NPI We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer – NPI Department to join our team and support new product introductions with cutting-edge design, prototyping, and validation processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔ Support NPI processes from concept to production launch. ✔ Develop and Optimize mechanical designs for manufacturability, reliability, and cost. ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, supply chain). ✔ Conduct DFM/DFA analysis, prototyping, testing, and validation. ✔ Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and performance. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 🔹 Experience: 2-3 years in mechanical design, product development, or NPI. 🔹 Technical Skills: ✔ CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam/Esprit). ✔ Knowledge of CNC machining, laser processing, and other manufacturing techniques. ✔ Understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and materials. ✔ Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma is a plus! 📩 Interested?
