Wingstop Louisiana Rub Chicken SMASH OR PASS 🤤🔥

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings (drums and flats)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional for a slight sweetness)
1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning
½ tsp dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Pat dry the wings with paper towels for maximum crispiness.
Coat wings with olive oil or melted butter.
Mix all spices in a bowl, then toss wings in the seasoning blend until fully coated.
Bake or air-fry:
Oven: Bake on a lined sheet for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air fryer: Cook for 18-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
