                            Making the most of the last bits of winter produce because if there’s one thing I’ve overused 😅 (and absolutely loved 😍) this season, it’s green peas! This fun and easy Matar tadka Bun comes together in no time! I’ve taken my favorite aloo matar sabzi, stuffed it between an instant batter with cheese, and cooked it in a tadka pan. No oven, no fuss, bas ek tadka pan that’s it!

Matar Tadka Bun 
.
1 cup Gren pea 
1 cup Fine rava 
1/2 cup Dahi 
1/2 inch Ginger 
A handful of Fresh coriander 
1/2 cup Water 
Blend into a smooth paste 
1 tsp Baking soda 
1/2 tsp Hing 
Salt to taste 
Mix well

For the Aloo matar filling 
.
1/2 tbsp Ghee 
1/2 tsp Jeera 
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds 
A pinch of Hing 
1/2 inch Ginger, chopped 
1/2 cup Green pea 
Sauté well
1 Potato, diced 
Mix well 
1/2 tsp Red chili powder 
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 
Salt to taste 
Toss well 
Cover & cook for 10 to 12 mins 
Look at that

1 tbsp Ghee 
Pour some of the batter 
Aloo matar 
Cheese 
Pour some more batter 
Cover & cook for 5 mins 
Turn & cook for both the sides 
till GBC 🔥🤤
