Line rejection controls & MIP Review and ensure to clearing rework on daily basis Monitoring hourly production by line/ section wise on daily basis and prepare the report for review & loss analysis Kaizen activities for production & quality improvements Handling customer Audit/ Hyundai 5* & IMS Audit Maintain 5s/3c & Ensure 100 % work place safety at shop floor Co-ordinate with RMS & PPC for Daily production Plan and Materials Availability to achieve the daily production plan. Ensuring Zero complaint Getting & implemented the suggestions and Kaizen Training plan for new manpower /providing on job training to existing team on regular basis to improve their skill level.
