Location: Leading Tier1 Auto Manufacturing Company, Sriperumbudur Preferred Industry Segment: Auto Ancillary, with expertise in Rubber Industry Reporting Structure: • Maintenance (HOD) Qualifications: • Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics) • Language Proficiency: Tamil and English (mandatory); Hindi is advantageous • Gender Preference: Male • Experience: 8 to 15 years in production within the rubber sector • Compensation: Up to ₹8,00,000 CTC per annum • Age Limit: Up to 35 years • Notice Period: Immediate to 45 days • Vacancy: 01 Transport Route: Tambaram / Kancheepuram / Sriperumbudur Facilities: Canteen Facility available Job Description: Coordinate with HOD & Plan to ensures regular, preventive and predictive maintenance of the plant, equipment and utilities as per the schedule Coordinate with HOD & Conducts root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/break downs, take required corrective actions and initiate preventative measures Visits shop floor and conducts physical observation of plant and machinery to proactively identify issues Resolves breakdown problems, handles complaints and provides corrective actions Reviews maintenance schedules and checklist from time to time by conducting daily team meetings and delegating responsibilities to the team Ensures timely indenting the Critical Spares and other requirements for machine maintenance Executes the new projects by installing new machines/accessories/lines by the instruction s of HOD Monitoring of Energy Consumptions, like EB Units & DG Units etc Initiate Cost Saving and energy saving activities though Kaizens. Documentation Work Preparation of SPM machines by the instruction of HOD. Regular periodical maintenance to be taking care of diesel generators and air compressors. Taking care of the departmental function in absence of HOD.
