Should understood customer requirements, drawings and implement the requirements in process design for SMT Line. Implemtation of Customer Requirements Should handle SMT line mc maintenance Regular and breakdown. Should be able to handle the Yamaha Machines in SMT Line and to check the machine conditions for new models. Should take care of SMT line capacity for new models and existing models. Should implement Kaizens for improving quality and cycle time. Should work towards improvement line efficiency and productivity. Should have good knowledge in SMT Process. Should have good knowledge in handling SMT Machine Maintenance. Should have good knowledge in handling Yamaha Machines in SMT. Should have good knowledge in PCB Circuit and PCB Manufacturing. Should have good knowledge in reading Electrical drawings and BOM and confirm the Process flow. Should have good knowledge in Process Capability study. Should have good knowledge in Soldering. Should have good knowledge in making formal reports.
