Exposure in MNCs. SAP Knowledge must. JD: Preparation and filing of monthly/annual GST and SEZ returns. Coordinate with auditor for completion of Statuary/Tax/Transfer Pricing and GST audit. Involve in preparation of Monthly MIS. Conduct Board meeting and Annual General Meeting of the company. Support to preparation and maintenance of records relating to Board minutes, Annual General Meeting and various statutory register and filing of periodic returns. Adherence of month book closure timetable Corporate Governance & Compliance: Conduct Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Support the preparation and maintenance of records related to Board minutes, AGMs, and statutory registers. Prepare and maintain statutory registers like shareholders, loans, related party transactions, etc. Assist in filing periodic returns and compliance with statutory obligations. Regulatory Filings & Coordination: Prepare and coordinate the filing of Annual Returns and statutory reports. Ensure compliance with company law regulations and secretarial standards. Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities for company secretarial matters Skills: Effective written and verbal communication. Working knowledge in SAP. Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
