Those with more experience will not be suitable for this position. • Salary Hike : CTC and Salary Hike: A 15% hike will be considered on the current CTC + Retention Bonus: This will be paid in equal half-yearly installments, ranging from 5% to 15% of your annual CTC, based on performance and tenure. • Vacant : 30 • Age Limit : 27 years • Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Primary Responsibilities Ensuring Quality and Productivity in the CNC ,VMC (Milling) Machine shop floor Enforcement of 5S requirements in the shop floor Enforcement of daily checks / maintenance of machines Maintenance of quality and production records required in production Trouble shooting in machines Driving cost savings and improvements in the shop. Being a smooth conduit of communication and concerns between the workmen and the management. Implementation of TPM and kaizen activities in shop floor Encourage employee participation in Kaizens and suggestion schemes Qualifications, Skills & Abilities • BE or Diploma with 5~6 years experience in CNC, VMC (Milling) Machining • Knowledge in CNC programming concepts • Hands on experience in setting and running CNC, VMC (Milling) machines • Knowledge on cutting properties on different work material • Exposure to tooling identification • Trouble shooting in machines.
