Those with more experience will not be suitable for this position. • Salary Hike : CTC and Salary Hike: A 15% hike will be considered on the current CTC + Retention Bonus: This will be paid in equal half-yearly installments, ranging from 5% to 15% of your annual CTC, based on performance and tenure • Vacant : 05 • Age Limit : 29 years • Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Primary Responsibilities Identification of suitable machines and vendors suitable for different parts and operations which requires machining Finalising Suitable Processes and Process sequence for machining Finalising the required fixtures for machining along with Design and Engineering Cutting Tool identification and organizing for development parts Optimising the machining processes in terms of consistent quality and productivity. Quantifying the improvements done in terms of cost per component Negotiating and finalizing the machining rates with the vendors for cost reductions done through improved process. Identifying tooling solutions best suited for each process so as to reduce cost / component. Standardisation of processes, fixtures and toolings across vendors in case of same operations running with different vendors. Finalising the machine hour rates applicable for each machine and vendor Providing cost estimates for new enquiries Leading the team of engineers in New product and process development and improvements in Machining area Qualifications, Skills & Abilities BE or Diploma with 6~8 years experience in CNC, VMC (Milling) Knowledge in CNC, VMC programming concepts Hands on experience in setting and running CNC, VMC (Milling) Knowledge on cutting properties on different work material Exposure to tooling identification Exposure to costing and cost estimates will be an added advantage.
