Excellent Drawing reading skills & working knowledge of GD & T. Working knowledge and understanding of Cutting tools and Manual CNC, VMC Programming. Knowledge of machining Concepts in 3-axis & 4-Axis Machining Centres. 5axis & Milling programming would be added advantage. Have general design concepts of fixture or work holding components. Monitor, document, and control any changes made to VMC HMC programs & Related Documents. Troubleshoot Programming related issues in Machine. Create and maintain the Part manufacturing processes. General and practical knowledge of measuring tools, equipment, and concepts.
