Will be responsible for handling OEMs (2W & 4W) and Tier 1 predominantly for MRT Rubber parts – experience in rubber is desirable but not mandatory. 2. To develop a business plan, marketing strategy and plan indicating short term and long-term goals for market including demand estimation, pricing policy & strategy, customer retention & SOB etc. 3. Overall responsibility of customer face for single window person and take the responsibility to meet the customer requirement through the help of Team & Mgmt. 4. After receiving the RFQ’s from customer end using the effort to convert 5. to confirmed business and maximize the hit ratio as per management expectation. 6. Responsible for customer satisfaction throughout their requirement. 7. Add new customers and enter into adjacent markets. Accountability: 8. To respond the customer query within the time line. 9. Addition of new business and achieving minimum 25% CAGR 10. RFQ’s Quotation submission on time and closing the same. 11. Converting RFQ to actual business and achieve 30% Hit rate 12. To develop and execute 3 year business plan 13. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 14. Add new products / services to new clients 15. Follow up for debtors and ensure timely collection as per agreed terms 16. Track, Retain and increase SOB with all customers 17. Get timely price increase from customers as per agreed terms 18. Track and achieve budgeted sales 19. Add new Customers to maximize the business. 20. Maximize the business value with existing customers 21. Develop emerging market segments and give input to management in order to strengthen the marketing function and ensure better and more efficient solutions to meet customer requirements. 22. Source and analyze market data and locate suitable customers 23. Identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of revenue targets. 24. Responsible for the overall functioning of marketing functions of the company as per business plan. 25. Identify new markets for business opportunities. 26. Ensure sales inline to budget and customer schedule. 27. Prepare and maintain various MIS reports as per company and management requirement.
