19 year old Kelvin Magadlela was involved in an accident while on duty for a Power Company allegedly contracted by Zimbabwe Electricity Distribution Company (ZETDC) or ZESA in Insuza area. The young man was in a car which witnesses say was speeding and it lost control after hitting a pothole and veered of the road. Kelvin was seriously injured as a result of this accident. He only woke up at Mpilo hospital, he was treated and let go because he didn't have money to get operated. Kelvin' s injuries risk getting infected as they are exposed with just bandages yet the hand is fractured. He needs metal plate for the operation and doesn't have a penny to get treated.
