What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment. - Strong expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels. - Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies, including software development, cloud computing, networking, and data science. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. - Passionate about technology and building relationships with top talent.
