We are Hiring for Technical Recruiters Experience - 1-10 years Location: Bangalore Role: Contract (9 months) Open Positions: 20 Key Responsibilities: *Source and engage with top technical talent to support the technical recruiting through Client recruiter and applicant databases *Conduct applicant resume reviews, recruiter phone screens and create an active talent pipeline for all open roles within R&D functions. *Use analytics, operations and strategy and talent insights to attract key talent for your searches *Develop talent pipelines and candidate relationships for current and future opportunities at Client *Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system *Proactively source passive talent to join Client *Partner with recruiters to provide guidance, expertise, and talent advising to hire the best talent for our team Basic Qualifications: *MBA / Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience *1+ years or more experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition in product engineering, infrastructure engineering or related domains   Please feel free to send your resume to [email protected].
