As an HR Specialist, you’ll provide key administrative support to global HR teams and ensure seamless execution of employee life cycle processes. What You’ll Do: -Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (personal data, job details, compensation, working capacity, leaves of absence, etc.) -Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. -Consult with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR transactions. -Assist in developing and refining operating policies, guidelines, and procedures. -Monitor process quality and help implement improvements to enhance team performance. -Support the implementation of new processes, projects, and technology initiatives. -Collaborate with a global team to support organizational goals. What We’re Looking For: -7+ years of experience in HR Operations with a consulting background and experience working in GCC (Global Capability Centre). -Strong team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work in a matrixed organization. -Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to a diverse, international set of stakeholders.
