Join our team to manage the recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure high-quality hires. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Develop and execute recruitment strategies. Manage full-life cycle recruitment from pre-screening to onboarding. Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS. Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates. Develop reporting strategies and metrics. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Master's degree in a relevant field. 6-8 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
