*****Job Alert**** Business Integra Job Title - Head of Talent Acquisition Location: Noida, Sec 62 (onsite) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Head/Manager to oversee our recruitment efforts and help attract top-tier talent. In this role, you will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, build strong employer branding initiatives, and ensure a seamless hiring process. You will also lead a team of recruiters, partner with hiring managers, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives. Forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruitment pipelines. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning needs. Recruitment & Employer Branding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Enhance employer branding to attract top talent through social media, networking, and job fairs. Foster relationships with universities, industry groups, and recruitment agencies. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in hiring practices. Data & Analytics Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to drive hiring efficiency. Use market research and hiring trends to refine recruitment strategies. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across various roles. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and recruitment marketing. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in US Staffing hiring is a plus.
